Illustrations Terms of service

✦No payment is required upfront.✦After the approved sketch, 100% of the payment will be requested.✦Payments must be made through PayPal only.✦Please provide a detailed description or reference of the desired illustration.✦You will have the opportunity to review and provide feedback on the illustration during the creation process.✦The illustration will be sent via email in PNG format.✦You will own the rights to use the illustration for their intended purpose, including commercial use, but the artist retains the rights to use the illustration for self-promotion and portfolio purposes.✦You will be responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions or releases for any copyrighted or trademarked materials included in the illustration.✦Please be certain before pay as refunds will not be possible.

Live2D Terms of service

✦No payment upfront, except for the rigging process where 50% of the total payment will be requested before start.✦For the only modeling process:
Once the sketch of the model is completed and approved, 100% of the payment will be requested.✦For the modeling and rigging process:
Once the sketch of the model is completed and approved, 50% of the total payment will be requested.✦Payments must be made through Paypal only.✦All models are optimized and tested to be used with VtubeStudio, and a pdf with the best configurations on VtubeStudio will be provided.✦Parts of the rig and modeling process may be shared on social networks, but for private use, an additional 100% of the total payment will be added (e.g. a model costing $100 to be kept private will cost $200).✦Once the rig of the model is finished, a video demonstrating the model's XYZ movement and requested expressions will be provided for approval. The remaining 50% of the payment will be requested before delivering the model via mail in a zip file ready for use.✦After delivery, a showcase of the model may be shared on social networks, with the owner of the model being tagged in the video.✦Please be certain before pay as refunds will not be possible.
